On behalf of the HEART OF AMERICA CONTACT LENS AND PRIMARY CARE CONGRESS, I would like to invite you to exhibit at our 48th annual meeting.
The HOACLS will be held at the Kansas City Hyatt Regency Hotel and the Crown Center Exhibit Hall February 13-15, 2009.

The fee for each 10X10 booth is $1900. A non-refundable $250 per booth deposit allows you to indicate your preference of locations in the exhibit hall, with priority booth assignments given to:
- Public and Professional Relations Fund Contributors
- Speaker Sponsors
- Previous
exhibitors with deposits made prior to August 15, 2008.
All other request will be honored on a first come first served
basis. With over a 95% return of our exhibitors each year, the exhibit
hall has been one of the outstanding features of our meeting, providing
an excellent mix of doctors, paras and exhibitors. At the 2008 Heart meeting
we
had 112 companies exhibiting with over 1300 attendees, maintaining our
status as the largest exhibit hall in the central United States. To encourage
exhibit hall attendance of attending Doctors and Paraoptometrics,
we
will feature drawings for gift certificates totaling over $15,000. To
maximize
traffic flow in the exhibit hall, we have scheduled alternating
exhibit times of Doctors and Paraoptometrics.
