On behalf of the HEART OF AMERICA CONTACT LENS AND PRIMARY CARE CONGRESS, we invite you to join us as we celebrate our 52nd year! The HOACLS will be held at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center and the Crown Center Exhibit Hall February 15-17, 2013.

EXHIBITS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING LUNCHEON TO 5:30 PM
We host the largest exhibit hall in the Midwest. In 2012, over 800 doctors and 350 paraoptometrics visited the exhibit hall. All who attend The Heart agree that the exhibit hall is one of the outstanding features of our meeting, providing an excellent mix of doctors, paraoptometrics and exhibitors. 95% of our exhibitors return each year.
To encourage exhibit hall attendance of attending doctors and paraoptometrics, we will feature drawings for gift certificates and prizes totaling over $15,000. To maximize traffic flow in the exhibit hall, we have scheduled alternating exhibit times of doctors and paraoptometrics.
Online registration and payment is available at our web site, www.hoacls.org. For your convenience, we accept Visa or MasterCard. If you prefer to reserve your booth space by check, please make payable to HOACLS and mail to the address listed below. The fee for each 10X10 booth is $2000. If you register and pay a non-refundable $350 per booth deposit by August 1, 2013, you will receive the discounted booth rate of $1900. Island booths are available for $10,000. If you register and pay a non-refundable $2000 per island booth deposit by August 1, 2013, you will receive the discounted island booth rate of $9500.
Priority booth assignments are given to:
- Public and Professional Relations Fund Contributors
- Speaker Sponsors
- Previous exhibitors with deposits made prior to August 15, 2012.
All other request will be honored on a first come first served basis.
